Visiting Hours/General Visitor Information

 

While we realize that spending time with family and friends can be an enjoyable part of your day, your speedy recovery is our primary concern.  Visiting hours vary from unit to unit.  If a family member's visiting time cannot be accommodated during these hours, please discuss your special needs with your nurse or patient representative, 610-447-6317.

Visiting Hours

 

Medical/Surgical units:

11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

    

The Center for Rehabilitation

3:15 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. (caregiver)

Caregiver hours are set aside to allow time for observation of, and participation in therapies for those people who will be assisting you after discharge.  Individuals visiting patients during these times will be asked to take an active role in your therapy session.

    

Pediatrics:

11 a.m. to 8 p.m. for general visiting

Two visitors permitted in room at a time.

Siblings must be with an adult at all times.

    

Maternity:

8 a.m. to 10 p.m. for father of baby and support person.

11 a.m. to 8 p.m. for grandparents, baby’s siblings and general visiting.

There is a limit of two visitors per patient, in addition to the father and support person.

 

Adult Psychiatry

Daily, 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Additional visiting hours from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.

 

Closed Unit (ground floor)

Tuesday and Thursday, 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.

 

Adolescent Psychiatry

Monday through Sunday 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.

 

Intensive Care Unit, Cardiac Care Unit, Cardiovascular Care Unit, and Burn Treatment Center:

12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.; 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.; and 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Two visitors permitted in room at a time. Immediate family only. 30 minute maximum.
