Our staff of certified yoga teachers has trained with masters in various styles and methods to provide you with a variety of classes and formats, enabling you to reach your potential for personal growth and wholeness.
Programs and Descriptions
Vinyasa Yoga - is characterized by flowing sequences that are linked to the breath. The sun salutation is repeated, incorporating the warrior series and balancing postures. Enhances flexibility and strength in an energetic approach. Pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, and relaxation techniques are practiced. Modifications are given to accommodate all students. 75 min. or 90 min.
Kids Yoga - learn basic yoga poses (incorporating physical/mental strength, flexibility, focus), practice belly breathing, use movement to explore feelings and imagination through games and learn relaxation techniques. Children are guaranteed to have fun! 60 min.
Hatha Yoga - Enjoy the balance that hatha yoga brings to your body, mind and spirit. This class explores the all aspects of a yoga practice including asanas (physical poses), pranayama (breath training) and deep relaxation. Release tension while building strength, stamina, flexibility and balance. The class includes breathing techniques designed to calm the nervous system and build internal and external energy. 75 min or 90 min.
Gentle Kripalu Yoga - Slower-paced class with emphasis on learning poses, proper alignment and breathing. The class will leave you refreshed and stress-free. Recommended for beginners, all will benefit and enjoy.

Pilates/Yoga Fusion - Strengthen your core and improve flexibility, through a blend of abdominal and lower back exercises fused with yoga stretches. Supporting the spine, and internal organs, pilates/yoga fusion improves alignment, balance and posture. 60 min.
