November is Diabetes Month: Attend a CKHS Event

Learn more about diabetes and participate in free screenings at an upcoming diabetes health fair. Lots of information, free cholesterol/glucose screenings, snacks and giveaways will be available at Delaware County Memorial Hospital’s event on Wednesday, Nov. 11, from 9 a.m.-noon in Meeting Rooms A & C. Call (610) 284-8158 to register. Or, join the Crozer-Keystone Center for Diabetes for their health fair on Saturday, Nov. 14, from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. at Springfield Hospital.

 

We will feature free presentations, information and cholesterol/glucose screenings. For more information or to register, call 1-800-CK-HEALTH (1-800-254-3258).
