Ridley Park, Pa. – Join Douglas Brunner, M.D., chairman of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Taylor Hospital and physician for the Crozer-Keystone Human Motion Institute, for an informative lecture, “What You Should Know About Rehabilitation Services.” The presentation is scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 24, at 4 p.m. in Classrooms A&B of Taylor Hospital, 175 E. Chester Pike, Ridley Park. Free gifts and information will be available.
At this lecture, you will gain an understanding of the care provided through a hospital's Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation department; the comprehensive rehab services offered at Taylor Hospital for patients needing rehab after a stroke, amputation, orthopaedic surgery, or for a neurological disorder; an understanding of what rehab services you might need, and how the care is delivered; and an overview of how well patients did while on our unit, and what they had to say about their care. As an added bonus, after the lecture, Dr. Brunner will lead a short tour of Taylor Hospital’s newly renovated, state-of the-art inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. He will also be available to answer participants’ questions.
